Cold Brew and Cola
I recently got a chance to meet up with Claremont local Rob Edwards, creator of Cold Brew and Cola, to talk about his gourmet drink. Cold Brew and Cola is a unique beverage consisting of Cold Brewed Coffee ice cubes in a glass of Mexican Coca-Cola (which has real sugar and all natural ingredients). Rob came up with the idea after experimenting with Cold Brewed Coffee, eventually deciding that it would be a good match to mix Cold Brewed ice cubes with Mexican Coke. Thus, Cold Brew and Cola was born. I got a chance to try the drink out down at the Cheese Cave, and can personally say that the drink is awesome. I highly recommend that you head down to the Cheese Cave to try Cold Brew and Cola out. Currently, Cheese Cave is the only retail location for Cold Brew and Cola, but Rob is working on a bike cart, with Velo owner Dale Mattson, so he can sell his delicious beverage throughout Los Angeles.
